The Student Code of Conduct ("Code") establishes the university community’s expectations for student behavior, emphasizing integrity, respect, accountability, and a commitment to a diverse and inclusive learning environment. It covers the scope of its application to students and student organizations, outlines prohibited conduct, and describes processes for responding to alleged violations, sanctioning, appeals, and record-keeping.
The following pages will cover the Code as it relates to drug and alcohol misuse, as well as the action plans that are applied when a student accepts or is found responsible for violating the Code.
